Dobie serves as the President of “Native Excellence Resources”, a company committed to the development of excellence in the Native community. Dobie speaks at several native conferences and convocations each year both in Canada and the U.S. He is able to speak as one coming from the reservation culture and lifestyle and present a living witness to the power of positive change.

From this position he is able to speak with clarity and authority to the young men and women who are searching for something to help them make a difference. Making a difference, not only in their lives, but in the life of their respective nations.

From teaching conflict resolution and time management skills to successful inter-personal relationships and life coaching. The mission of Native Excellence Resources is to motivate Native people to believe and understand, they can have a voice in the future of their people. And, that by improving their situation through education, training and hard work, they will improve their Nation’s situation as well.
